Implementing iRecruit varies based on a number of factors:
1. Do you have a time-frame in mind to be live? If it’s within reason, we will make it happen for you.
2. How complex is your application/hiring process? Are customizations needed?
3. If using iConnect – electronic onboarding, how many forms are required to be set up?
4. How much time can you dedicate to the project?
A simple set up is usually done very quickly, and you can be up and running within days. We can actually get your new account live in less than one day, but configuration and customization to make it ready to use may take a little bit longer.
A more complex situation can take 3-6 weeks. For example you have customizations to your workflow, your requisition approval process, or complex forms that need to be set up. You have multiple managers that need different levels of training.
The average customer typically takes 2-4 weeks from kick off, configuration, and training, to actually going live.
