iConnect is an add-on module for iRecruit Applicant Tracking Software that allows you to communicate with candidates and new hires. iConnect eliminates (or vastly reduces) the paper-heavy aspect of hiring. There are currently eight different types of forms or documents that can be included with iConnect:
1. Federal and State Forms
These include the I-9 document, the W-4 and all State Tax Withholding documents. These are automatically updated annually as new documents become available. These will all save to PDF so that you have in the correct format.
2. Signature Forms
Simple documents that require information from the candidate or new hire. These might include employment agreements, emergency contacts or similar documents.
3. Two-Part Documents
A two-part document might include an offer letter for example where you first have to provide information that is displayed on the document received by the new hire or candidate.
4. External Links
You can include links as part of your onboarding. For example if you use our Work Opportunity Tax Credit service, you can include the WOTC link for new hires to complete the WOTC survey online. Additionally, if you use a background check service, skills testing or benefit provider, you can include these links.
5. Attachments
You can include almost any type of attachment. An attachment is something you need the candidate or new hire to view, but not sign. Examples include a job description, or an Employee Handbook.
6. Informational Pages
This could include information about your hiring process, your company, or any kind of instruction.
7. Video
You can include welcome videos, about us videos, training videos as content.
8. Custom Forms Mapped to PDFs
A custom PDF form is a form that specifically needs the candidate responses to be mapped into a PDF because it is needed in this format to submit to another source like a state agency.
