For Employees, a standard new hire package can be created and assigned to either the indivudial or to the job applied to. When you change the status to “hired” (or other appropriate status), the new hire forms are automatically available to the new hire to complete.
A standard new hire package may contain the I-9, W-4, State Tax Withholding, Employment Agreements, Handbooks, even training videos. iConnect automatically includes five free forms, including the I-9.
iRecruit’s averge customer uses 15-30 new hire documents.
When you have different types of employees, such as contractors or volunteers, they may have a different selection of documents to complete. For contractors you may include a W-9 Identification Number and Certification, instead of an I-9. A volunteer may need to complete a different service agreement that sets expectations for their role.
iConnect can support all types of employees, and roles. There’s no limit to how many documents you can include in your account.
Additionally, you may need to perform backgroun screens on various employees. iRecruit’s preferred partner Verified First can handle most types of background screening, including drug screens.
