iRecruit’s onboarding module, iConnect, allows for a completely paperless onboarding process. In addition to the standard forms such as the I-9, W-4, and your other new hire documents, you may also have a need to have an internal only document, that is not shared with an applicant. Adding an internal only form in iConnect is a convenient way to track required information.
This could include:
- Interview Notes Form which includes:
- Interviewer Name
- Interviewee Name
- Job title interviewed for
- Date of Interview
- List of standard questions to ask during the interview
- Notes
- Ratings
- Internal Checklist Form that might include:
- Steps that have been completed
- Application/Resume
- Interview(s)
- Offer Letter/Acceptance
- Steps still to complete
- Background screen/results
- New Hire Paperwork assigned/completed
- Workstation setup/phone/email/computer ordered
- Steps that have been completed
- New Hire Information Form that includes:
- New hire name, phone, contact info
- Job Title
- Department/Supervisor
- Emergency Contacts
Internal only forms are very easy to set up, and there are no limit to how many forms you can add to use internally. Adding an internal only form helps cut down on paper, and additionally, you can add a report for this form if you need to see all responses on one document. The internal form will never be displayed to an applicant, but can be assigned to an iRecruit user such as an Administrator, Recruiter or Hiring Manager to complete.
All forms in iRecruit (and iConnect) have the ability to be “scored” or add values to the responses to set questions. The total score for the form can be used in reporting.
