Making sure the applicants who visit your iRecruit Career site are aware of the compensation and benefits for the position can attract applicants who otherwise may have just left your site. We advise you to make that information clear on your requisition listing for each position you create with iRecruit.
If you offer Benefits or other work-life balance perks such as PTO, flex time or gym memberships to your employees let your applicants know. If you list this on your corporate website already, you can link back to it from iRecruit in your Company Description very easily from the Administration menu.
Alternatively, for applicants who log in and create accounts, you can create a whole “about us” menu so you can list more information about the benefits for working for your company.
