iRecruit customers Signal 88 Security appeared on an episode of A&E TV’s Be The Boss this past weekend. The new reality show is a competition-based series that pits two employees of a franchise-based company in the battle of a lifetime, competing for the chance to become the owner of their very own franchise.
The show pitted the two contestants Quincy Jones, Director of Business Development, Austin, TX and Michelle Wood, HR Office Account Manager, Aurora, CO against each other, in the ultimate on-the-job interview. The candidates took part in several challenges they would expect their employees to see out in the field to see how far they would go to get the chance at a dream promotion.
