Last month was Candidate Engagement Month at iRecruit. All throughout July we shared engagement tips and content ideas you can steal to share with your candidates to attract, nurture and engage them. Nurture share photos of industry events, or best practices, let candidates know if you’ll be at a career fair, and share content with them regularly.
Engage candidates with interesting questions, and a candidate survey, or respond to feedback left on Indeed or Glassdoor.
