Did you know you that when you forward a candidate to a hiring manager via email, they can approve or reject the candidate without logging into an iRecruit account?
The email contains a secure link that can be used by the recipient (hiring manager) to give you feedback on the candidate along with choosing to approve or reject them. Both the approval and rejection is associated with a specific status in your account such as “Accepted by Hiring Manager” or “Rejected by Hiring Manager”.
This makes it really easy for you to include your hiring manager in the hiring and selection process.
