Can I Have an Internal Only iConnect Form?
The company requested an internal only iConnect form so that their hiring managers could add interview notes. They wanted their hiring managers to start following a consistent approach to hiring. They all were posting similar jobs (retail) in different locations, so it made sense to consolidate into one document that they all could use to evaluate candidates.
The form is only ever presented to the hiring manager to add their notes, and recommendations, it’s never available for the applicant/new hire to view.
Internal only forms are very easy to set up, and there are no limit to how many forms you can add yo use internally. Adding an internal only form helps cut down on paper, and additionally, you can add a report for this form if you need to see all responses on one document.
