iRecruit users can create unlimited email templates for frequently used messages that you can use to email candidates. (iRecruit also provides examples). Email messages can be sent to individual applicants via the “Actions” menu on the Applicant Profile page.

You may also want to share a specific message with candidates in bulk by sending a batch email to several applicants at once.

Email examples include:

  • Application Received – Benefits of Working With Us
  • Chose Not to Fill Positon
  • Follow Us on Social Media (nurture)
  • Job Fair or Open House (marketing)
  • Rejection Email
  • Update Status Email (nurture)
  • We are hiring notice to previous applicants (marketing)
