With iRecruit’s new texting feature, iRecruit TXT, you can initiate texting conversations with your candidates. When someone gives you permission to text them, you can easily start your conversation from the Texting tab on the applicant profile page. Any replies, you’ll receive in real-time on your phone, and also through iRecruit, where we save a copy of the conversation.

Just like iRecruit’s email templates, you can create texting templates for messages that are used frequently.
