Reach Out to Candidates with Texting (iRecruit TXT)

iRecruit TXT is iRecruit’s texting feature. iRecruit TXT allows you to expediently reach candidates using built-in templates, creating a record of the conversation.

With the open rate of text messages being 98% versus the open rate for emails at 20%, using iRecruit TXT can help you increase your time to fill easily.

Use text message templates to send messages efficiently, and also use bulk messaging to reach multiple candidates.

Using iRecruit TXT

It’s easy to keep in touch with candidates who prefer texts with iRecruit TXT. Simply request permission to text them during their application. So whether the candidate is shy, unable take your phone call, or prefers to text over email or phone, you can reach them quickly. Candidates are also more likely to be able to discretely reply to texts.

You can start your conversation with any candidate who has given permission to send texts from the Applicant Profile Page by clicking on the Texting tab. Use a pre-built template, which can be used for frequently sent messages, or simply start typing in the text box.

Replies From Candidates

Replies From Candidates will go to the mobile device phone number associated with your account. You may reply from your phone, or from iRecruit, whichever is convenient. iRecruit will save a copy both of the sent and received messages in the history.
