iConnect Paperless New Hire Workflow
When you change candidate’s status to Hired* the new hire “paperwork” is automatically assigned to their record. At that point, they will also receive an automatic email alerting them that you have assigned documents to them. They can then log in to their candidate portal account to complete on any device (desktop, laptop, tablet or cell phone).
