The applicant portal is part of your iRecruit career center. This is where applicants go to review your available jobs and apply. The “portal” is available to applicants who create an account when they apply.

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit designed to incentivize employers to hire employees from certain target groups who have faced significant barriers to employment.
Getting Started with iConnect: Make the Switch from Paper Forms to Online Forms
iConnect is iRecruit’s electronic onboarding module, which is available as an add on to the Applicant Tracking Software. iConnect allows you to take control of the mountain of new hire paperwork and manage it online in your secure iRecruit database.
Reach More Job Candidates with Texting (iRecruit TXT)
iRecruit TXT is available to all iRecruit customers who would like to incorporate texting into their complement of recruiting tools. iRecruit TXT enables users to initiate conversations with applicants directly from the applicant’s profile page. iRecruit users can have a faster time to fill by using texting.

- Reports – note there is a new Requisition Status Report on the menu Requisition Export. When you click on this report, it will be emailed to you. This report shows your active requisitions, plus an applicant count with a breakdown of applicant status.
