The Work Opportunity Tax Credit, known as #WOTC, is a federal tax credit available to employers who hire individuals from disadvantaged groups of workers that have historically faced barriers to finding employment. Including WOTC Screening can save an employer significant amounts of money.
What is iConnect?

So, going back to the question “Does iConnect include Work Opportunity Tax Credit Screening?” the answer is Yes. Customers can include WOTC screening with either iRecruit and/or iConnect, or even outside of iRecruit. We will give you a link to give to new hires to complete the screening, which is done online via secure webpage.
From an Administration standpoint, you will be able to track all the activity, including eligibility and the total value of your tax credits.
