New iRecruit Notifications Feature BETA
iRecruit has released a new Notifications feature. Note, this feature is available to everyone, but is considered to be in BETA at the moment. To activate this feature go to your name on the top right of the screen > User Profile & Settings > Notifications.

We wanted to answer one of the most frequently asked questions we get at iRecruit. “Does iConnect include Work Opportunity Tax Credit Screening?” Anyone familiar with iRecruit knows that, yes, we have always included WOTC screening. In fact, CMS, the publisher of iRecruit also has a WOTC division.

iRecruit TXT is available to all iRecruit customers who would like to integrate texting into their recruiting tools. iRecruit TXT enables users to initiate private conversations with candidates directly from the applicant profile page. iRecruit users can have a faster time to fill by using texting.

- Reports – note there is a new Requisition Status Report on the menu Requisition Export. When you click on this report, it will be emailed to you. This report shows your active requisitions, plus an applicant count with a breakdown of applicant status.
- iRecruit Notifications Feature BETA
- The Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability form was updated on 7/21/2023 to the latest version for all accounts who had it active. You will have been notified.
- The long-awaited new I-9 form has been published this week by USCIS, iRecruit will be updated asap.
