Does iRecruit include Work Opportunity Tax Credit Screening?

“WOTC” or the Work Opportunity Tax Credit is available to all iRecruit customers. The Work Opportunity Tax Credit is a  tax credit available to employers who hire individuals from target groups, which include individuals on SNAP benefits, disabled individuals, Veterans and more. Typical tax credit is around $2,400 and around 10-15% of new hires may be eligible.

WOTC Screening can be included in iRecruit, as part of the application process, or in iConnect, as part of your new hire (online) paperwork. iRecruit recently updated its WOTC integration to make this easier for our customers.

CMS has been providing WOTC screening services for over 20 years.
