- Welcome letter. Welcome the new hire to your company. Give them some background on who-who – perhaps with an Org Chart, or directory of contacts.
- Welcome Video. We love when companies include an about us or welcome video for new hires. You can do this with embedded content from YouTube, or Vimeo to name a few.
- Important Links. Include a page with company information and links such as to your website, intranet, benefits carrier etc.
- Training Videos. You can also include training videos with iConnect.
- If including training videos, why not also include a questionnaire to make sure the viewer watched the video all the way through?
