The Comparative Analysis Tool
The Comparative Analysis tool, or report, is used to create a custom report for you to use. It may combine information from the employment application, requisition or custom questions. As an example, your application may contain a custom question such as “Do you have a license in the state of Texas?” This question can be added to the Comparative Analysis report to show the applicants responses. Comparative Analysis also can contain the status, disposition, ratings, labels and “score” of the applicant as shown above.
The Exporter Tool
The iRecruit Exporter tool is used to create and save other reports that are unique to your company. You can use the Exporter to build a report on ANY information, any question, any field that is in iRecruit. As an example you may want to create a report of new hire information, which might include: name, address, cell phone, email, start date, job title, manager name, department, salary and emergency contact(s).

iRecruit offers free reports training frequently for all customers. To join a session, check your iRecruit Calendar, or Help File to see when the next one is scheduled.
