January is Customer Service Month at iRecruit
January 2025 is Customer Service Month at iRecruit. What does that mean to you?
We invite you to set up some time to speak with us regarding any issues or concerns you have, questions that are outstanding, interest in any features you’re not using or setting up any training.
We want to make sure you’re using iRecruit to the fullest, and that it works for you.

Update to How Documents are Added and Saved to Candidate Record
You’ll notice some new changes when you log in on Monday. The Attach/View Files option has been removed from the Actions drop down menu.
The Applicant Attachments tab on the Applicant Profile page has now been changed to say “Application Files”. This will contain applicant attachments such as Resume, Cover letter or other files requested via the application form. In addition, all other attachments will now reside in this tab. The history of uploaded files will also be found here.
This is where you can upload related files (with permissions).
This change was made to consolidate the attachments and add/view files.
