Increased Sage HRMS Integration Available

iRecruit is increasing its Sage HRMS integration.

The addition of three new fields for Time Off Service, Last and Next Review Dates makes it easier for you to integrate your reviews and benefits on the HR side.

A new field for “Work Email” has been added, this is in addition to the existing Personal Email address, which has always been there.

Customers using the iConnect form “Emergency Contacts” will also have the added benefit of seeing this brand new section transfer data into Sage HRMS’s Emergency Contacts screens with your new hires.

New Fields Added:

  • Work Email Address
  • Time Off Service Date
  • Last Review
  • Next Review
  • Two Emergency Contacts (Name, Relationship, Phone, and Address fields available)

Data Manager for Sage HRMS Integration

The Data Manager application supports the transfer of new hire data from iRecruit into the Sage HRMS database. iRecruit typically populates 100+ fields from iRecruit into Sage HRMS, including customized data fields.

iRecruit Administrators can download the new Data Manager directly from the Administration screen under the “Onboarding” section, or it will automatically update for you next time you run it.
