With every job that you create, you can create a package of forms that are automatically emailed to the new hire, as soon as you change their status to “hired”. The candidate(s) will receive a friendly customizable message inviting them to complete their paperwork online. If you’ve ever had to print 60+ pages for new hires, or had to mail out paper packages to new employees, you know how difficult it can be to mentally keep track all of that activity. Who was sent which items? Who has completed their forms? Who is still missing their I-9 documentation? iConnect removes all that stress, and makes it simple and straightforward for you to manage.
From the new hire’s perspective, they log in to a secure candidate portal where they can complete their forms, and view assigned documents, one by one. The desktop view is shown below, but any form can also be completed on a cell phone or tablet. From your iRecruit account, once everything is completed, you can also download all the completed documents for your HR recordkeeping.
