iConnect is an add-on module for iRecruit Applicant Tracking Software that allows you to communicate with candidates and new hires. iConnect eliminates (or vastly reduces) the paper-heavy aspect of hiring.
iRecruit receives many questions sent in by it’s users (Admins, Recruiters and Hiring Managers). One of the most common questions we receive is about getting report data from a form. If a form is created (application form, iConnect form) we can create a report on it.
Can I Get a Report On the iConnect Data Received?
The customer who asked the above question is a delivery service company who collects driver’s licenses, license types, and is required to track their expiration dates to make sure all employee’s licenses are current and in compliance with regulations. The employee provides this information through a simple iConnect form, they can also upload a copy of their license if requested.
We created this company a simple report based on this form so they could download the license information, sort it and report on it. They also used iRecruit’s email and texting templates to create a reminders to send to employees who’s license renewal was coming up.
Although the driver’s license expiration is a simple example, we can create a report for you on ANY information that you collect in iRecruit or iConnect.
