The Four Biggest Barriers to Getting Applications in your Applicant Tracking Software
On this week’s blog post I wanted to discuss some of the feedback we receive at iRecruit and the advice we give to employers who are looking to increase the number of quality applications they receive. These are some of the most common complaints or reasons that someone who sees your job advertisement will just keep on scrolling.
New iRecruit Notifications Feature BETA
iRecruit has released a new Notifications feature. Note, this feature is available to everyone, but is considered to be in BETA at the moment. To activate this feature go to your name on the top right of the screen > User Profile & Settings > Notifications.
iConnect Paperless New Hire Workflow
iConnect is iRecruit’s electronic onboarding module, which is available as an add on to the Applicant Tracking Software. iConnect allows you to take control of the mountain of new hire paperwork and manage it online in your secure iRecruit database.
Four Things You Need to Know When Texting Job Applicants
iRecruit TXT is available to all iRecruit customers who would like to integrate texting into their recruiting tools. iRecruit TXT enables users to initiate private conversations with candidates directly from the applicant profile page. iRecruit users can have a faster time to fill by using texting.
Making WOTC Screening a Part of Your Onboarding Process
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is a federal tax credit designed to incentivize employers to hire employees from certain target groups who have faced significant barriers to employment.

- New I-9 Form Available: The long-awaited new I-9 form has been published last month by USCIS, This new form has been updated in all accounts. Please note if you use the Data Manager for Sage HRMS integration you will also have to update that program.
