Using iRecruit TXT can help you increase your time to fill and time to find easily. iRecruit TXT asks applicants to opt-in to receive texts, confirming their cell phone number, which immediately increases your deliverability, and open rates.
Using iRecruit TXT
It’s easy to keep in touch with candidates who prefer texts with iRecruit TXT. Simply request permission to text them during their application. So whether the candidate is unable take your phone call, or prefers texting over email or phone, you can reach them quickly. Candidates are also more likely to be able to discretely reply to texts quickly.
You can start your conversation with any candidate who has given permission to send texts from the Applicant Profile Page by clicking on the Texting tab. Use a pre-built template, which can be used for frequently sent messages, or simply start typing in the text box.
Replies From Candidates
Replies From Candidates will go to the mobile device phone number associated with your account. You may reply from your phone, or from iRecruit, whichever is convenient. iRecruit will save a copy both of the sent and received messages in the history.
