If you are planning on purchasing an ATS any time soon, it helps to have an idea of the functions and features of the software that are mission critical to you, and of those that are nice to have. At iRecruit we do free product demos every week of our software, (you can register below if you’d like to see a tour), and we always get some interesting questions from our customers. Here are some examples of the most frequently asked questions about iRecruit:
Communication Features
One of the things that always comes up during iRecruit product demos, is communicating with applicants. We think it’s important too! iRecruit has two built-in options of email and texting. You can build templates for both email and texting for messages you send frequently making it super convenient to use every day. As you probably already know, candidate’s #1 pet peeve is not hearing back from the employer after they apply. iRecruit’s communication features take care of that issue for you.
Training & Support
At iRecruit, we offer ongoing customer support, and training at no extra cost to you. There are 2-3 scheduled training sessions on different subject each month (you’ll see them on your dashboard calendar) usually covering topics such as Requisition Posting Options, Reporting, Onboarding and more. Plus a General Open training session at the end of the month. Customers can also schedule a free one-on-one training session whenever they need one.
Reporting
Does iRecruit have a time-to-fill report? Does iRecruit have an AAP report? Does iRecruit have a referral source report? Yes, yes and yes! iRecruit has built-in reports 12-15 based on the system features you use. In addition, we know that our built-in reports can’t always give you everything you need, so we give you the ability to quickly build and save reports to your account.
What Does and iRecruit Implementation Look Like (and how long does it take)?
The real question is “When would you like to be up and running?” iRecruit is very quick to set up, get you trained. We follow a simple project plan with all the steps outlined for you, and we’ll let you know what we need from you before we even get started. The typical time frame to setup iRecruit is 1-3 weeks. With the addition of iConnect, which includes additional training and support, 3-6 weeks is normal.
