Types of Files to Include in iConnect for Onboarding

iConnect is iRecruit’s electronic onboarding module, which is available as an add on to the Applicant Tracking Software. iConnect allows you to take control of the mountain of new hire paperwork and manage it online in your secure iRecruit database. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive about using iConnect:

What Is Included with iConnect, Electronic Onboarding?

iConnect includes I-9s, W-4s, and State Tax Forms. iConnect also has the ability to build and create secure online versions of any other form that you use as part of onboarding:

I have a particularly large new hire package (over 20 forms). How many forms/documents can I include?

There’s actually not a limit to how many forms you can include with iConnect.

Can I organize my forms with packages?

Yes, if you have a lot of forms you can organize by creating packages.

Can I create different offer letters in iConnect?

Yes, you can create an offer letter, or multiple different offer letters in iConnect.

Can I include video in iConnect?

Yes, you may include video in iConnect. The video will have to be hosted on a website like YouTube or Vimeo (or other platform).

Can My New Hires Sign Their Job Descriptions in iConnect?

Yes, just like any of the other forms you add that5 need a signature, such as policies, job descriptions can also be included.

Can I Create an Internal Only Form with iConnect?

Yes, when the forms are added, you can choose who the recipient is, applicant, or internal user.
